Gold Cards are collectible poker cards that you can receive randomly just for sitting at a real money ring game of any stake or level. Gold Cards can be extremely valuable so it's important to learn about them so you can devise your redemption strategy and ensure you get the best value for your collection.
By taking a seat in any of the All In Poker real money ring games, you are eligible to receive a Gold Card. As long as you are being dealt into a poker hand, you have a chance of earning a Gold Card. There are no minimum requirements necessary to earn one, you could get a goldcard on your first hand played, even if you fold the hand!
A Gold Card is released every time the table you sit at, reaches a pre-determined rake amount. At the higher limit tables you will see more Gold Cards awarded. When you earn a Gold Card you will not miss it. You will see it appear at the poker table and move towards your spot at the table, and it will be instantly added to your Gold Card collection, which can be found in your rewards under your account.
Gold Cards earned are stored within your account. When logged in to the All In Poker Client, you can view your personal Gold Card collection by choosing the 'Rewards' tab.
Collecting Gold Cards is much like collecting any other commodity, so they will never expire at All In Poker.
The value of each Gold Card is determined by how you use it. Some players use them daily for tournament buy-ins and instant cash wins, others are trading their Gold Cards at the Gold Exchange for Cash or tournament tickets. While some Gold cards offer instant value on their own, others may increase in value due to several factors. Before redeeming your cards for a reward get familiar with judging their value.
In a regular deck of cards, each individual card holds a different value based on its number or face, and its suit; Gold Cards are no different. Once you receive a Gold Card, you can check the odds of receiving each card using our Gold Card Odds chart.
On the bottom right hand side of each Gold Card, you will see a banner indicating a Series number. If you have just received a Gold Card, the banner will show Series III.
